We will check that the desired company name is available and reserved, and we will draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association according to your business needs. Once the registration with MBR is done, we will also assist with obtaining any business licenses and permits. All companies in Malta must have a registered office. Should the need arise, we will provide a business address for legal correspondence, mail handling and forwarding services.
